A great classic kit from the 1970’s but apart from the fuselage, this is the same kit as their naval F4B-4 so I needed to completely rework the upper wing as the latter contained the moulded floatation bag housings. All detail was sanded off, after which very thin monofilament fishing line was glued to the surface. Self adhesive aluminium sheet was then overlayed in one piece with some difficulty! Other small modifications and a detailed interior meant that this wasn’t the quick straightforward build that I intended. Decals by Starfighter Decals.
