I love this plane! Remembered by many as the “new monoplane” used at the end of the movie “The Blue Max” in which Lt. Stachel (George Peppard) is killed during a test flight. As well as some extraordinarily ugly between the wars aircraft produced by the French there were one or two beauties, and this I think is one! The front cockpit was blanked off as demanded by the instructions for this aerobatic version, but unhelpfully no blanking plate is provided. Given the curved nature of the plate a plug of Milliput was fashioned into shape. A nice kit which given then awkward parasol arrangement was surprisingly easy to put together.
